go to link It seems that lately I fulfill a lot of my wishes. First I got this rectangular tart pan, than I finally got a food processor and blender. Since then I am unstoppable and almost every day I throw whatever I can find into it. I have to admit so far I have no real talent for it, my first few attempts became either purée or were simply inedible. But very slowly I start to improve and get a feeling for it. Who would have thought that making juices or smoothies would be so hard?
source This watermelon and pineapple smoothie was my very first drinkable result I got and I am so proud of it that I want to share it with you, although it might not be that special. I added some pineapple juice to make the blending more easy and the result more smooth. If you find it too sweet feel free to replace it with water or ice cubes. The smoothie is best when served chilled, the watermelon is really super refreshing on a hot summer day! You can either chill the watermelon beforehand, or chill the ready-made smoothie and enjoy it anytime you like.
- 350g Watermelon
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- 100ml Water
- Cut the watermelon into pieces, remove all the seeds.
- Add the watermelon together with the pineapple juice and some water to a blender. Depending on how sweet you like it, add more or less pineapple juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Chill the smoothie and enjoy it!
