Sucht ihr noch nach dem perfekten Rezept für die Weihnachtszeit? Dieser Gingerbread Flan Cake sieht elegant aus, und macht sich toll als Dessert oder für die Adventszeit zum Kaffee. Das Beste, er ist überraschend einfach und schnell gezaubert 😉 Der Kuchen wird zusammen gerührt und in die Kuchenform gegeben, die Zutaten für den Flan schnell vermischen und vorsichtig drauf gießen, und beim backen tauschen die zwei ihre Position! Und das sieht nicht nur lecker aus, sondern schmeckt auch unglaublich gut.

Blaubeer Quarkkuchen (Blueberry Cheesecake)

Dieser Kuchen hätte es beinahe nicht auf den Blog geschafft. Was wirklich eine Schande gewesen wäre, weil er ist sowas von gut 😉 Wie kam es dazu? Ich hatte eigentlich mal alles richtig gemacht und bereits am Freitag Abend schön den Kuchen vorbereitet, dass er die ganze Nacht kühl stehen kann und wir ihn am nächsten morgen fotografieren können. Am nächsten Tag spähe ich in den Kühlschrank und stelle fest, der Kuchen ist fest und sieht toll aus!

Bei uns geht es zur Zeit drunter und drüber... Ende des Jahres wird das Haus in dem wir wohnen abgerissen und wir müssen umziehen. Wir wussten schon dass es abgerissen werden sollte, als wir hier eingezogen sind. Allerdings schienen 3 Jahre doch recht lange und wir hatten uns lange nicht damit auseinander gesetzt dass wir hier raus müssen. Aber nun rückt der Termin doch immer näher und da wir ja in einer Grossstadt leben, kann man besser früher als später anfangen mit der Wohnungssuche.

5 a Month with summery ingredients like cherries, lime, sour cream and vanilla! This time we let you choose for the first time one of our ingredients, vanilla and mango were suggested and in the end randomly vanilla by Franzy was chosen! I made spelt galettes filled with a vanilla, sour cream and cherry filling. You could choose to make one big galette, but I made 4 indiviudal ones. Just perfect 🙂
