Hello you all!

I am so relieved, I was again at the hospital and it looks like my knee is not too bad. It is up to me whether I want an operation or not (in the last post I mentioned that I was so busy this month, partly because I had problems with my legs and especially my knee). Hope the rest of my health problems will also be solved soon and I can enjoy life again in all its beauty and taste of course 😉

Talking about enjoying something good: Smoothies are good. Oh dear, I think this really is/was my true summer obsession! Every time I see one I can hardly walk pass it. At home I love to experiment with different fruits, with or without milk products and different juices. This Berry Smoothie is super rich but so so good. I think that this is my absolute favorite homemade smoothie this summer: simple, rich and so delicious! I choose to thin the smoothie with some pineapple juice which I still had in the fridge. Feel free to use orange juice if you want. I would add some juice as it is otherwise rather thick. But the choice is yours 🙂 Thick, thin, orange, pineapple… Aren’t smoothies just lovely? So much choice…

Berry Smoothie
A creamy and fresh Smoothie with berries and pineapply juice.

  1. 50g Redcurrants
  2. 100g Blueberries
  3. 100g Yogurt
  4. 1 Tbsp Honey
  5. additional: Pineapple Juice
  1. Wash the berries and add all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. If too thick add a splash of pineapple juice until desired consistency.
